Captain Fantastic

A moving drama from director Matt Ross, who won the Cannes Film Festival's Special Look prize. Ben and Leslie Cash live with their children in a cabin in the mountains of Washington state. Director Matt Ross admitted in an interview that he was inspired by his own experience of fatherhood when creating the script. Later, George McKay, Annalisa Basso, Nicholas Hamilton, Kathryn Hahn, Steve Zahn, Missy Pyle, Frank Langella, Samantha Isler, Trin Miller and others joined the cast of Captain Fantastic. During filming in San Francisco, Matt Ross discovered that some children began to call Viggo Mortensen "summer dad". The premiere of the drama "Captain Fantastic" took place at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2016.
