Jessica's boyfriend cheated on her with someone else on their anniversary. Now she urgently needs to find a new home, for which she has very little money. Luck smiles on the elementary school teacher, who was left without a roof over her head, and Jessica finds a free room based on an ad in the newspaper. But there is one catch - neighbors. Now the girl will have to live with three lonely men - bartender Nick, who recently broke up with his girlfriend; Schmidt, who imagines himself as an irresistible Casanova and fitness trainer, whom everyone calls simply "Coach".
