The team of stupid writers of the popular TV show "The Girlie Show", led by Liz Lemon, is appointed a new boss - Jack Donaghy. And he, in turn, first of all invites a new star to the show - half-crazy black comedian Tracy Jordan, a kind of parody of Martin Lawrence. As a result, complete chaos begins at the workplace: the writers against the boss, the new star against the writers, the old actors are dissatisfied with everyone, and there is also the mysterious secretary Kenneth, from which it is not entirely clear whether he is really an impenetrable moron or really a great trickster.
