Seven-year-old Tim was unlucky - a newborn child appeared in his family, which takes away all the attention. The boy is jealous and hates the baby. But he turns out to be no ordinary doll at all, but a real Baby Boss! He commands everyone, is part of a large corporation, can achieve his goal by any means. And his only goal is to return love to babies, because people have become cuter than puppies... If the Boss fails in his task, he will forever remain in the family as a baby.
