Turk Henry, nicknamed "Bis", was once a mega-popular rock star. Now he is simply rich and can do whatever his heart desires - there is enough money for the most unrealistic desires. Turk goes on vacation to Chile with his supermodel wife. But for a guy like Henry, the trip cannot go smoothly - his beauty is kidnapped by local pirates and they demand a ransom of 1 million dollars. For the Turk, these are pennies, so he immediately goes to the bank to pay. But the FBI forbids him to do this, because you can't go on a leash with extortionists.
