Beatrice is an incredibly sociable woman who called herself a countess with a fortune in the billions and likes to imagine herself meeting with world leaders. And she is in an open psychiatric hospital in Tuscany, Italy. She constantly lacks communication and some kind of entertainment. One day, a new patient - Donatella - is placed in a mental hospital. She is an introvert, does not want to let anyone close to her. Only the obnoxious Beatrice can get to her... and make her run away.
