Isle of Dogs

After 20 years, the number of dogs in the Japanese archipelago exceeded all possible norms. A wave of terrible dog flu passed through one of the largest cities of the country, Megasaki. To keep the people safe, Mayor Kobayashi issues a decree that all dogs must be banished to the garbage island. There, the animals are trying to somehow survive among the mountains of waste. 12-year-old Atari was once taken into the care of the mayor of Kobayashi, who never had a clean reputation. Now the boy wants more than anything in the world to find his pet Spots. He went to the garbage island in a small plane, where he met the local mutts. They are ready to do everything possible to help Atari. They are just now speaking in different languages...
