Ekvtime: Man of God

In February 1921, when the Soviet Red Army invaded Georgia, the authorities decided to collect treasury property and museum treasures, and flee to exile in France. They instructed Ekvtime Takaishvili to collect museum treasures and protect them. The plot of the film is dedicated to the very difficult life and activities of Ekvtime Takaishvili, which mainly includes the story of the protection and return of his 39 treasure boxes in France during the emigration period in 1921-1945. The film is also accompanied by a story about the love story of Ekvtime and his very beautiful wife and associate Nino Poltoratska. Ekvtime protected the Georgian treasury from famous world museums, from rich collectors, lawsuits, criminalists and fascists in such a way that he withstood any temptation and never deviated from higher moral principles and love for the Motherland, which remains forever in this world.
