A single father, Simon, and his estranged twelve-year-old son, Finn, have moved to an old, nearly dilapidated house somewhere in the state of Vermont, USA. They are here to restore these ruins, repair what is possible and give the house a normal appearance. While working every day, father and son found something that prevents them from carrying out repairs - it is the spirit of a woman named Lydia, who once owned this building. The more Simon repairs, the stronger this mysterious and very dangerous spirit becomes. The man understands that he is the only one who can protect his son from Lydia.
