Countless ghosts are stuck in our world as a result of World War I and the Spanish Flu. Tomasz, a traveling post-mortem photographer, finds himself in a village inhabited by ghosts after meeting 10-year-old orphan Anna in the cold winter of 1918. Having witnessed strange supernatural phenomena, he decides to investigate the intentions of ghosts. Anna accompanies Tomasz on this quest through all the dangers while angry ghosts haunt them.
